ReliefWeb, a comprehensive online resource for humanitarian policy makers and activists developed and managed by the United Nations’ Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, was looking to increase awareness, readership and content contributions. Analysis by MAi Strategies helped craft a holistic communications strategy with a messaging hierarchy and multi-channel approach that reached humanitarian policy makers and activists in both developed and developing nations. In addition, the analysis also uncovered important opportunities to improve site navigation, editorial content and accessibility by mobile only subscribers.
